Holistic Primary Care

We offer care that integrates evidence-based medicine with the best of natural medicine. This means we are trained to provide conventional care (pharmaceuticals, diagnostic labs, imaging, etc) along with complementary and alternative care (botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, nutrition, physical medicine, etc.)

We offer gynecological/pelvic exams, pap smears, clinical breast exams and holistic pelvic floor therapy. We can provide guidance and options for all the phases of a women’s life, from puberty to pregnancy and motherhood to menopause. We treat a variety of symptoms including painful periods, urinary tract infections, yeast infections, hot flashes and more.

Postpartum Care

The postpartum period is a time of immense change, and you deserve care that supports both your body and mind. Postpartum care includes pelvic floor therapy, lactation support, and a focus on helping you recover physically while also nurturing your emotional well-being. This care is designed to help you regain strength and balance during your journey as a new mother. Recover and thrive after childbirth with postpartum care that's all about you.

Pediatric & Family Medicine

We offer well-child visits from infancy through teen years. We work with children and their families to provide collaborative and creative solutions that honor the whole body, mind and spirit to address issues including (but not limited to) ear infections, allergies, digestive complaints, food intolerance, sleep problems, mood disorders, and behavior issues.

Fertility Support
