In the pictured Fire Cider, I used the following ingredients: red onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, jalepeno, apples, oranges, lemons, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, cayenne, a hibiscus green tea blend, and apple cider vinegar.

  1. Thoroughly was and chop all fresh ingredients to release their active components

  2. place the chopped ingredients into a large jar, filling it about three quarters of the way

  3. Warm the apple cider vinegar and pour over the ingredients, ensuring they are completely submerged

  4. Seal the jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake gently to mix the contents

  5. Store the jar in a cool, dark place and let the mixture steep for about six weeks. Shake daily.

  6. After steeping, strain the solids from the liquid, transfer the Fire Cider into sterilized jars or bottles and store in a cool place
